We live in a world where the standards have changed. It is not working as observed by all the unrest and turmoil we see around us. It is time to return to the values that were foundational to our society and evident decades ago.
Dr. Christine Van Horn has a heart for coaching parents how to teach their children foundational values – to include good character and life skills. Her book “Teach Your Children Timeless Truths In Uncertain Times” addresses this need. Her program to teach parents how to accomplish this is called “Timeless Truths.”
She has also written a chapter book series for older children and family reading time called “Captain Character®.” This is to interest children in learning about character traits in a fun way through the eyes of a superhero.
